HP 5335A Universal Frequency Counter - Frequenzzähler

Der HP 5335A ist ein Universalzähler bis in den Frequenzbereich von 200 MHz hinein. Die Grundfunktionen sind Frequenzmessung, Periodendauer, Zeit, Ratio und Totalize. Der spezielle Mikroprozessor erlaubt eine nachträgliche Datenverarbeitung wie Statistik, mathematische Funktionen, Pulsweite, Anstiegszeit, Abfallzeit, Anstiegsgeschwindigkeit (Slew Rate) und Phasenverschiebung. Die kleinste Zeitauflösung beträgt 1 Nanosekunde. Der HP5335A ist ein Zweikanalgerät mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Eingangskopplung. Die Darstellung erfolgt meistens in wissenschaftlicher Notation. Fernsteuerbar über HP-IB Bus. Es ist ein sehr schönes Allround Gerät, das in jedem Labor durch seine hohe Vielfalt immer eine gute Figur macht.

The Hewlett Packard 5335A is a Universal Frequency Counter capable of measuring signals up to 200 MHz. The basic functions are: frequency, period, time, ratio and totalize. The microprocessor allows a post-measurement data manipulation as statistical data, math functions, pulse width, rise, fall time, slew rate, duty cycle and phase relationship. Smallest time resolution 1 nanosecond. The 5335A provides two independent channels including a full complement of input signal conditioning controls. Most measurements are displayed in scientific notation. The HP-IP bus provides remote control of programming and data output. A nice instrument for every labority.
