Das Tektronix DM504A ist ein Autoranging Digital Multimeter mit 4,5 Stellen Anzeige. Die Meßbereichsumschaltung erfolgt automatisch oder manuell. Ein akustischer Durchgangs- und Diodenprüfer ist auch vorhanden. Die Kalibrierung erfolgt rein digital. Man gelangt in das interne Abgleichmenü durch Umstecken eines Jumpers auf der Platine, anschliessend werden frontseitig die Null- und Endwerte der Meßbereiche abgeglichen. Temperaturmessbereich wird bei 0 und 100°C abgeglichen.

The DM 504A is an autoranging digital multimeter with a 4 1/2 digits display. Changing measuring range automatically or manually. An acoustic circiut indicator and diode indicator are also present. Purely digitally calibration. One reaches internal calibration menu by changing a jumper on the PCB, afterwards adjust on the front panel the zero and final values for the measuring range. Temperature measuring range is adjusted with 0 and 100°C.
