Der Tektronix PG502 ist ein schneller Pulsgenerator Einschub für eine TM50X Versorgungseinheit. Er liefert >= 250 MHz und hat eine Pulse Anstiegszeit von <=2ns. The PG502 has fast rise- and falltimes and adjustable pulse duration. A fast repetition rate leds to a nice pulse generator e.g. for testing digital circuits or driving switching circuits. This generator was calibrated together with a 3feet 50 ohms precision coaxial cable (012-0428-00) into 50 ohms termination.
