Pulsgenerator bis 100 kHz. Beachtenswert ist die hohe maximale
Ausgangsspannung von 80V, die Anstiegszeiten sind langsamer wie
bei Niedervoltgeneratoren.

- Amplitude +/-4V or less to at least +/-80V from a 4 kohm source
- Aberrations <=5%, p-p at full amplitude into 4kohm, 20pF load
- Residual DC Offset <=0.5% at full amplitude
- Rise and Fall Time 1µs, 10µs, 100µs and 1ms
- Pulse Duration (Width) 5µs or less to 50ms
- Pulse Period 100 kHz or less to 100 Hz within 5% in decade steps
