The S-5 is a  1 Meg 15pF low noise input impedance sampling head with a fast rise time <=1ns corrosponding to a bandwidth of DC to 350 MHz. Together with a passive 1:10 P6010 probe the impedance increase to 10 Megohm, 10pF while maintaining the 1ns risetime. AC or DC coupled. Input voltage range without probe attenuator +/-1V, probe increase input voltage range. Device has an internal trigger pickoff.
