C-30A Oscilloscope Camera System

Die Tektronix C-30A ist eine mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommene Kamera, gebaut um Bilder von analogen CRT Röhren z.B. Oszilloskopen und Spektrumanalyzer zu fotographieren. Zur damaligen Zeit eine bequeme Möglichkeit Screenshots zu machen. Digitalkameras waren damals noch ein Fremdwort. Die Kamera verwendet Polaroid Filme oder auch konventionelle Filme entweder einzeln oder im Rollfilmformat.

Die Kamera mit ihrer hochwertigen Optik, der präzisen Fokussierung und dem großflächigem Film erlaubt messerscharfe Fotos. Hinzu kommt die verwacklungsfreie Montage und die blendfreie Anordnung ohne störendes Fremdlicht oder Raumbeleuchtung von außen. Selbst heutzutage wäre sie immer noch eine gute Alternative zur Digitalkamera, gibt ein schönes scharfes Foto auf dem Papier - einfach einscannen zur Digitalisierung.

Wer schon einmal mit einer Digitalkamera auf dem Stativ gearbeitet hat und versucht im "Husch Husch Schnellverfahren" mal eben so eine Analog Röhre zu fotographieren, kennt das Problem mit Spiegelungen im Bild. Wie oft sieht man sich selbst oder die Kamera leicht im Hintergrund - nur zu oft - mit diesem System kann das nicht passieren. Wer sogar noch mit einer analogen Kamera auf einem Stativ fotografiert, der sollte genau wissen was er da tut, ASA, richtige Blendenauswahl und Belichtung sind experimentel zu ermittelm, am besten vorher üben, nicht erst wenn es wichtig ist das Meßergebnis festzuhalten.

Die Kamera und die Triggerelektronik hat einen AC-Netzanschluß. Elektronischer Verschluß und Speedcomputer.

The Tektronix C-30A is a camera designed for photographing oscilloscope displays using photo films. New convenience features, including slide-on typre mountings with swing-away hinges so the camera can be swung out either to left or right for direct CRT display viewing. The C-30A makes available a variety of object-to-image (MAG) ratios and allows the use of parfocal backs. The parfocal backs can be used with Polaroid Land films or conventional films, in either sheet or roll film forms. Electric Shutter and Speedcomputer. The camera and the trigger electronic supplied by line power.

Some Characteristic:

Lens - Objektiv: 56 mm - f/1.9 and Shutter Settings. Both lens and shutter settings can be made from the top of the shutter box. X Synchronization contact connections are available on the bottom of the shutter box.

Shutter Speeds - Verschlußzeiten: seven shutter speeds from 1 to 1/50 second

f-Stops - Blende: 1.9, 2.8, 4, 5.6, 8, 11 and 16

Object-To-Image Ratios 1 to 1.5, 1.4, 1.3, 1.2, 1.1, 1, 0.9, 0.85, 0.8 and 0.7

INPUT POWER CONSUMPTION: approximately 25 watts

Camera Backs - Filmgehäuse: three types,

• 122-0752-00 for Polaroid Land Pack Film Camera Back Black-and-white or color film is available, overall print size 3.25 X 4.25 inch, max. image size 2.25 X 3.25 inch.

• 122-0754-00 for Polaroid Land Roll Film Camera Back, prints or transparencies in black and white or color prints may be obtained from a roll of film. Only Polaroid Land roll films can be used with this back. Overall print size 3.25 X 4.25 inch, max. image size 2.25 X 3.25 inch.

• 122-0755-00 Graflok Camera Back for any type of film holder which will attach to the 2.25 X 3.25 Graflok back can be used. The various attachments available will allow sheet ofr roll film of conventional types to be used. Maximun image size available is 2.25 X 3.25 inches.

Power Supply: line voltage 115 (230) volt 50 to 400 Hz, or 115 (230) volts DC.

Bezel - Montagerahmen am Scope: depends on instrument, scope, monitor or spectrum analyzer.

Possible that the camera can be mounted on newer scopes, i don't know!! Möglich, daß die Kamera auch an neuere Oszis passt, ich weiß es nicht!! Falls es nicht geht, sollte ein selbstgebauter Aadapter auch nicht die große Schwierigkeit sein.

Das Instruction Manual ist umfangreicher als man denkt, ausführlich geschrieben, es umfasst nicht nur die vollständige Bedienung, sondern gibt auch jede Menge nützliche Tips und zeigt wie schnell und zuverlässig gute Fotos entstehen.
