Krohn-Hite Generator model 5100A

Der KrohnHite 5100A ist ein einfacher Funktionsgenerator für allgemeine Anwendungen, der aber wegen seinem recht großem Frequenzbereich relativ vielseitig einsetzbar ist. Es gibt 2 verschiedene Modelle: Der 5100A ist ein Tischgerät. Der 5100AR ist die 19``-Variante.

Frequency: Range 0,002Hz to 3 MHz in 9 ranges

Frequency Accuracy: (Symmetrical Waveforms) 5 % of full scale on band 1; 2% of full scale on bands 2 - 9

Frequency Stability: 10 minutes 0,05% - 24Hours 0,25% vs. line 0,01% for 10% line change - Jitter (cycle to cycle) 0,025%

Sine, square, triangle, 20 Volts peak to peak open circuit; 10 volts peak to peak across 50 ohms.

Ramps, 10 volts peak open circuit; 5 volts across 50 ohms.

Minimum output less than 3 millivolts peak to peak.

Impedance: Constant 50 ohms +- 2%

Frequency Response: Sine wave 0,05dB from 0,002 Hz to 100 kHz; 0,15dB to 3MHz

Sine Wave Distorion: Less than 0,5% from 0,02Hz to 100kHz; 1% at 0,002Hz, 3% at 3MHz (has been audiusted: <0,3% at 1kHz)

Hum and Noise: 0,02% of maximum output
